The EquiPoint Equestrian Riding Academy Prep Program is a 4-day intensive designed to introduce riders to the fundamentals of hunter/jumper riding, horsemanship, and the EquiPoint Equestrian training culture. This program serves as both an educational experience and an assessment for riders interested in continuing into our weekly lesson and rider development programs at EquiPoint Equestrian.

Barn orientation and expectations

Flatwork progression
Introduction to steering and walking over ground poles
Unmounted education: horse behavior, care, and equipment

Ride focus: patterns, transitions, and simple courses
A Mock Horse Show
Riders groom and tack their own horses
Structured warm-up with trainer
This final day brings everything together—showing not just riding ability, but horsemanship, responsibility, and confidence.
Includes all instruction, horses, in-house show, ribbons, and program materials.
Spots are limited to maintain quality instruction and horse care.
